Orders & shipping
In-stock products are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Flat rate $12 Standard or $17.95 Express to most areas in Australia. Free Standard shipping on orders over $75.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. A signature is required on delivery unless otherwise requested.

Yes — tracking is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Returns & exchanges
Change-of-mind returns are accepted on retail products if the product is in the same condition as received — unopened and unused. The customer covers return shipping.
Yes. There's an additional postage cost to send the replacement, payable by the purchaser before the new item is shipped.
We can't offer refunds or exchanges on professional-only products — colour, developer, bleach and perm solutions.

Yes. All Obsessed shampoos and conditioners are safe for colour-treated, keratin-treated and chemically-relaxed hair.
